The EU project SHAPE II is now opening applications for the third cohort of the Lighthouse District Learning Programme, offering free, tailored support to cities, housing providers, and companies committed to delivering sustainable and affordable housing across Europe.

This programme - developed under the Affordable Housing Initiative - helps professionals strengthen their skills, build integrated renovation and construction strategies, and avoid the typical challenges that have historically affected social and affordable housing.

Training is fully customised: applicants indicate what they need, and SHAPE II designs a personalised learning pathway. Participants gain practical tools, guidance, and resources to improve the quality, efficiency, and impact of their housing projects.

A selected group of experienced experts will accompany participants through activities such as peer mentorship, study visits, workshops, online classes, financing webinars, and pitching sessions—ensuring hands-on learning tailored to each organisation.

To join, applicants simply need to complete the online form. A jury will assess all applications individually. Places are limited to guarantee a high-quality, personalised learning experience.
